Reeds Restaurant at the Swallows Eaves Hotel offers refined contemporary food and warm hospitality in an informal and timeless environment. You’ll find us in the heart of the pretty east Devon village of Colyford, where Country meets Coast on the Devon/Dorset border.
We have a simple philosophy: to serve top quality, beautifully cooked food using the best in-season, locally-sourced ingredients. All of our dishes are freshly cooked to order and carefully crafted by Tracey, our classically trained Head Chef. She hails from New Zealand and previously she and her husband have run their own restaurant. The dinner menus, which change regularly, reflect the availability of seasonal local produce and the Modern British cuisine is based upon tried and tested combinations.
We are open Tuesdays to Saturdays for dinner from 6.15pm with last orders taken at 8.15 pm. Reeds is fully licenced with a wide range of wines, spirits and soft drinks to suit every taste. We are very happy to cater for specialist dietary requirements, so if you have any food allergies or intolerances, please ensure that you let us know when you make your booking.
