Reeds Restaurant is open Tuesdays to Saturdays for dinner (6.15 pm with last orders at 8.15 pm). This page features a sample Spring dinner menu. All dishes are cooked to order.  We source ingredients from local producers where possible.

Starter

  Garlic Crevettes 
jumbo prawns pan fried in garlic butter served with ciabatta

Chargrilled Asparagus 
served on toasted brioche, topped with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce (V)

Confit of Duck Salad 
served warm with glazed orange segments and fresh rocket

Tomato and Basil Soup  
with pesto croutons, tomato concasse and basil oil (V)

Main Course

Roast Cod Fillet 
Roast fillet of cod wrapped in prosciutto served with salsa verde and sauté potatoes

Roasted Beef Sirloin 
served with Yorkshire pudding, roasted potatoes, honey and mustard roasted parsnips and a rich red wine gravy

Coq au Vin 
succulent chicken thighs slow cooked with red wine, smoked bacon, chestnut mushrooms, baby carrots, rosemary, thyme  and garlic served with dauphinoise potatoes

Roasted Aubergine 
stuffed with cumin and cinnamon scented cous cous, pine nuts, apricots and pomegranate topped with creme fraiche and parsley (V)

Dessert

Chocolate dipped Strawberries and Profiteroles 

Baileys Creme Brulee  

Crepes Suzette 
served with vanilla ice cream
